Trainee Assistant Manager in Maidstone
Currently trading as Old Orleans this cocktail bar/restaurant in lockmedow leisure centre will be shortly closing for a total re-brand and refurbishment, opening as a new concept within spirit group.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Trainee / Assistant Manager to complement our existing team. This is an ideal position for an existing head bartender/team leader/supervisor that is ready to take the next step in their career.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, have previous supervisory experience in a quality volume - driven operation, demonstrate exceptional team building skills and have very strong hands - on abilities. Knowledge of cellar management and H & S issues is highly beneficial, although training will be provided for the right candidate.
Most importantly, you will be cheerful, enthusiastic and smile a lot!
