Interim Supporter Relations Manager in Folkestone
We are seeking an experienced manager who has proven ability to lead and manage a team, preferably within a customer service environment.
The focus of this role is to manage the supporter relations team to ensure the effective and efficient processing of gifts and acknowledgements to supporters, the development of tax efficient giving programmes and processing. The role also involves managing projects associated with the improvement of processes within the team.
Experience of working in a charity or fundraising environment beneficial.
There is an occupational requirement for job holder to be able to agree and promote through their role the charity's Christian beliefs and values. This is a fixed term contract available from August 2010 to March 2011.
